Generally, it takes 8 to 12 weeks before you begin to see results. Individual results vary depending on your current fitness, how intense and frequent you exercise, and your goals. Most importantly, you will feel the results of exercise almost immediately. Instead of focusing on the visual results, I asked that you pay more attention to the other wonderful things exercise can do for you, such as increasing your energy, reducing stress levels, and improving your strength.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I SEE RESULTS? 
WILL EXERCISE ALONE GIVE ME THE RESULTS I WANT OR DO I ALSO NEED TO DIET?

I try to discourage dieting as they are often a temporary fix for a long-term problem. I highly encourage healthy eating through permanent behavior changes that you can live with. Adequate exercise combined with a healthy balanced nutrition will help you achieve your desired goals much faster than other diets or exercise alone in addition to exercise and healthy eating together will ensure that you keep off any excess weight for the rest of your life!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I EXERCISE?

I recommend that you start with 2 to 3 exercise sessions a week. Over time you can progress to 5 to 6 days a week. My goal is to progress you slowly and add new exercise routines to avoid any overuse injury or exercise burn out. This is why it's important to seek out a fitness professional to save yourself from injury and burn out.

I AM LOOKING FOR A TRAINER TO HELP ME JUST LOST MY STOMACH AND NOTHING ELSE, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Science suggests it's nearly impossible to just spot train one specific area or muscle group, it is very possible to increase your overall muscle definition or lose body fat. 

Don’t let that discourage you though you can safely and realistically achieve a lean, defined body with less belly fat and trim waistline through a balanced diet and exercise routine.

IF I LIFT WEIGHTS WILL I GET BULKY?

It’s physiologically unlikely that women can and will undergo the same muscular adaptation as men. To really achieve the “bulk” would require a combination of extreme training, nutritional requirements, and — in some cases — supplement use, often hormone-tampering varieties. The benefits of weight training include lean muscle tissue, reduction in fat mass, improved overall quality of life, and increased metabolic rate. Keeping in mind your body composition changes are a result of your genetic makeup, training, and nutrition.

DO YOU CREATE MEAL PLANS?

I am more than happy to discuss the role of nutrients in the body, whole food sources, hydration, and healthy eating guidelines and practices. In addition, provide meal plans created by registered dieticians for you. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO SEE RESULTS?

The time it takes for you to see and for others to notice weight loss results can vary significantly from person to person. Many factors, including your starting size, your eating plan, exercise routine all can make a big difference. So results vary but be kind and patient with yourself. Each person's body is unique and the rate at which you lose weight may be different than it is for someone else. Stay consistent and remind yourself of the many benefits of reaching and maintaining a healthy weight so that you stay motivated for the duration of your journey.
